- 0.75 lbs Shrimp large
- 1.5 lbs potato Boomer Gold Little Potatoes, quartered
- 280 grams broccoli about 1 large head of broccoli, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
- 1/2 small lemon optional, juiced
- 1 tbsp parsley optional, fresh chopped
