Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Description
This straightforward recipe involves tossing thin strips of sirloin or flank steak, onions, and bell peppers with olive oil and taco seasoning, then spreading them evenly on a foil-lined sheet pan. Roasting at 400°F for about 10 to 12 minutes allows the steak to brown while the vegetables soften and caramelize slightly. Lime wedges placed on the pan roast alongside, contributing bright acidity when squeezed over the finished dish.
The result is a mix of tender, well-seasoned steak pieces and sweet, tender peppers and onions, capturing classic fajita flavors without the need for stovetop cooking. Serving alongside warmed tortillas, fresh salsa, and cilantro rounds out the meal, allowing for customizable wraps.
Leftover fajita mixture can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and reheated on a sheet pan at 350°F until warmed through. Note that the nutrition information provided covers steak, seasoning, and vegetables only, excluding tortillas or extras.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak sliced into ½ inch strips, or flank steak

For Serving

- Place the steak in the middle of the pan with the onions on one side and the peppers on the other side. Drizzle the olive oil all over and season with the taco seasoning. - Squeeze the cooked lime wedges over the steak and vegetables. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, salsa or desired toppings.
Notes
