  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Kabobs:

  • 1 1/2 lb beef sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1 inch pieces, large
  • 1 red bell pepper Cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper Cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade.
  2. Place the steak and veggies in a large bowl.
  3. Pour marinade over the steak and veggies and stir to thoroughly coat the steak and veggies with the marinade.
  4. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers.
  6. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Place kabobs onto hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
