  • 2 egg finely diced, hard boiled
  • ½ English cucumber finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard whole grain
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
