Ingredients
- ½ pound andouille sausage
- 1 pound Shrimp peeled and de-veined, medium
- 1 zucchini sliced, medium
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 packet herb marinade GrillMates Zesty Herb brand
- 2 tablespoons water
- lemon juice of ½ lemon
- parsley chopped, for garnish

- In a large bowl combine oil, marinade, water, and lemon juice and stir to combine. Add sausage, shrimp, and veggies to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Divide shrimp and sausage mixture between four pieces of 12x12 inch foil. Warp tightly, pinching edges to seal packet.
