  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning see note for DIY
  • 8 flour tortillas 6-inch, or corn tortillas

  • 3 cups cabbage slaw
  • lime about 1 tablespoon, juice of 1
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

prepare the slaw

  1. Stir together mayo, lime . juice, salt, sugar, and cilantro. Pour over cabbage slaw and toss to combine. Cover and chill until ready to use.

prepare the shrimp

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey and cajun seasoning.
  2. Add shrimp and stir over medium heat 3-5 minutes until opaque.

put it all together

  1. Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with shrimp and topping with creamy cabbage slaw. Serve immediately.

Notes
