Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup almond milk or sub another milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup raspberries heaping, frozen
  • 1 cup Mango frozen
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon truvia sweetener or sub other sweetener

Instructions

  1. In a blender, pulse just the oats a couple times.
  2. Add in the milk, raspberries, mango, coconut, vanilla, and truvia or another similar sweetener.
  3. Blend until smooth and no fruit chunks remain.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
