Ingredients
- 4 c. broccoli florets
- 2 c. red cabbage shredded
- 1 c. carrot shredded
- 1 sweet onion finely minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
Coleslaw Dressing
- 2/3 c. Greek yogurt non-fat, plain
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 Tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp celery seed ground
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together broccoli, red cabbage, sweet onions and raisins. Pour dressing over the top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
