- 1- pint multi-colored grape tomatoes halved
- 1 English cucumber diced
- 5-8 mini peppers chopped
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- ½ cup cilantro parsley or basil chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
