- 8 oz egg noodles no yolk
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 8 oz mushroom sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 TBS dill chopped, fresh
- ½ tsp parsley
- ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup white wine dry
- 6 TBS flour
- 3 cups low-fat milk or skim milk
- 12 oz white albacore tuna drained, packed in water
- ½ cup peas frozen
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
For topping
- ½ cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
