  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 8 oz mushroom sliced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 TBS dill chopped, fresh
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup white wine dry
  • 6 TBS flour
  • 3 cups low-fat milk or skim milk
  • 12 oz white albacore tuna drained, packed in water
  • ½ cup peas frozen
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

For topping

  • ½ cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
