Description
The sauce combines Greek yogurt with lighter mayonnaise and ketchup to provide creaminess and color. Adding chili garlic sauce delivers a mild spicy kick, while rice vinegar adds acidity to balance richness. Avocado or olive oil rounds out the texture. Garlic and minced onion seasoning add aromatic notes, and a small amount of stevia sweetens without sugar. A pinch of paprika and salt finish the seasoning. The mixture is blended until smooth and then chilled for at least 30 minutes to develop harmony among flavors.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt use dairy-free if needed, plain, nonfat, 170g
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise light
- 1/4 cup ketchup sugar-free, 68g
- 1 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce 15g
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar 15g
- 2 tsp avocado oil or olive oil; 10g
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp minced onion seasoning
- 1 tsp granulated stevia or 1/8 tsp liquid stevia
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp water or more for thinner consistency
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor, blender, or with an immersion blender.
- Taste and add any extra sweetener, salt, mayo, etc. to taste.
- Cover and let chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
