  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 1 package rice noodles Asian

GARNISH:

  • green onion diced

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except Asian noodles to the slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
  3. Cook the rice noodles as written on the package.
  4. Add rice noodles to the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve.
