  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 celery chopped, stalks
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 cups hashbrowns frozen
  • 2 carrot chopped, sticks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup barley rinsed

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the barley to the crock pot.
  2. Cover crock pot with lid, and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Add the barley to the crock pot for the last 30 minutes of the cook time.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
