Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs stew meat
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 celery chopped, stalks
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 cups hashbrowns frozen
- 2 carrot chopped, sticks
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup barley rinsed
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except for the barley to the crock pot.
- Cover crock pot with lid, and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Add the barley to the crock pot for the last 30 minutes of the cook time.
