Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken shredded, cooked
- 28 ounces chicken broth low sodium, two 14-ounce cans
- 1 (10-ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (15-ounce) cna black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup corn drained (canned or frozen)
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 jalapeños seeded and diced (optional)
- 2 teaspoons cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours.
