- Slow cooker
Corned Beef Stew Ingredients:
- 800 g Leftover Corned Beef Hash
- 250 ml beef gravy
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 swede/rutabaga
- 2 medium parsnips
- 1 medium white onion
- 1.5 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- salt & pepper
- frozen peas optional

Instructions
- Peel, slice and dice your potatoes and vegetables and load into the slow cooker. Season well and mix and then add chunks of butter too.
- Add your leftover corned beef hash, along with the gravy and mix well.
- Slow cook for 3.5 hours on high.
- Stir and then add in frozen peas and then stir a little more.
- Cook for a further 30 minutes on high before serving.
Notes
- Optional. You can mix and match your vegetables. Any root vegetable will work well with this recipe.
