Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops
Description
This recipe uses boneless pork chops placed in a greased slow cooker insert, then covered with canned cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups mixed with ranch seasoning. Cooking on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours gently tenderizes the pork while infusing it with the creamy ranch-flavored sauce. The meat reaches a safe internal temperature of 145°F during cooking.
The sauce remains rich and creamy, coating the pork chops and adding moisture to prevent drying out. The ranch seasoning mix provides a balanced blend of herbs and spices, enhancing the flavor without needing additional seasoning. Adding freshly chopped parsley at the end provides color and a subtle fresh contrast.
Because it relies on simple pantry ingredients and a set-and-forget slow cooker method, this recipe is practical for easy main dish preparation. The pork chops can be served with rice, potatoes, or vegetables to complement the creamy sauce.
