Honey Lime Ginger Marinade

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice about 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tablespoon peeled and minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • cilantro for garnish, chopped

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season 2.5 pounds pork loin with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, then add it to the pan.   5. Pour the liquid from the slow cooker into a medium saucepan. Whisk in 2 tablespoons cornstarch and cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes, until it thickens into a sauce.
