Slow Cooker Melt in your Mouth Chicken

Slow Cooker Melt in your Mouth Chicken uses boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked gently in a creamy mixture of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. The slow cooking approach produces tender and flavorful chicken that easily pulls apart. Served over zucchini noodles or pasta, it makes a comforting and creamy main dish.

Description

The recipe involves placing chicken breasts in the slow cooker and covering them with a seasoned blend of mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cooking on low or high heat over several hours allows the chicken to absorb the creamy mixture and become exceptionally tender.

The final dish features richly seasoned, tender chicken that melts in the mouth, complemented by the sharpness of Parmesan and savory spices. Serving it over zoodles (zucchini noodles) or cooked pasta adds texture and turns it into a satisfying meal.

This slow cooker method requires minimal hands-on time and yields juicy chicken without drying out. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve immediately after cooking for the best texture.
