  • Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup, grated, optional
  • parsley 2 tablespoon, fresh, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Add to slow cooker: Transfer the potato mixture to a slow cooker.
