Creamy, fluffy, and extremely delicious. Mashed potatoes just got a whole lot better with the addition of ranch. Plus, it’s all done in your slow cooker.

Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed red potatoes, about 2 pounds or 6 medium potatoes
- ½ cup milk
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope ranch salad dressing powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill or parsley, optional for garnish

Instructions
- Add 6 cups cubed red potatoes, and ½ cup milk in a slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or until the potatoes are very tender and soft.
- Add 4 ounces softened cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup softened unsalted butter, and 1 (1-ounce) envelope ranch salad dressing powder. Cover for 10 minutes or until butter begins to melt and cream cheese is very soft.
- Mix using an electric hand mixer or masher until creamy. Be careful not to over-beat potatoes. Top with fresh or dried herbs before serving.
