Use this 2-ingredient slow cooker recipe to make shredded Buffalo chicken the easy way!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs boneless skinless
- 2 cups buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Pour half of the Buffalo sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker dish. Add the chicken pieces and pour the rest of the sauce over them. Use a fork to move the chicken pieces around and distribute the sauce evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 8 hours. You can also cook it on HIGH for 5-6.
- Once the chicken is tender and easily separates (shreds apart) when pulled with two forks, shred the meat and toss it around in the sauce. Keep warm and serve.
Notes
- This recipe will be as mild or spicy as the buffalo sauce you use. For a good middle-of-the-road sauce, use my Buffalo sauce recipe linked in the ingredients above.
