Ingredients
For Shredded Chicken
- 6 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 packet taco seasoning low sodium
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 4.5 oz green chilies
- 14.5 oz Roasted Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cilantro roughly chopped
For Tacos and Toppings
- 12 corn or flour tortillas
- shredded cheese
- tomatoes chopped
- lettuce shredded
- sour cream
- guacamole
- cilantro chopped

Instructions
For Shredded Chicken
- Add chicken breasts to slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Add diced onion, undrained green chilies, and undrained roasted to tomatoes to the slow cooker and cover.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is cooked all the way through
- Once fully cooked, shred the chicken using forks
- Serve with warm tortillas and preferred toppings
- Enjoy!
