- 1 onion chopped
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

- 6 Tablespoons hot sauce Louisiana
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Add the ground venison, diced bell pepper, onion, garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, and black pepper to a greased slow cooker. Stir well, breaking up the meat as much as possible.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Stir again before serving, breaking up any large chunks of meat. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like diced onion, sliced jalapeño, avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, or extra hot sauce. Enjoy!
