Slutty Brownies

Slutty Brownies combine a base layer of chocolate chip cookie dough, a middle layer of Oreo cookies, and a top layer of rich chocolate brownie batter baked together. The result is a thick, multi-textured dessert with crispy edges from the cookie layer, a chewy chocolate center, and creamy Oreo filling, perfect for sharing or slicing into indulgent bars.

Description

This layered dessert starts with a cookie dough base created by creaming softened butter with sugar and brown sugar, then mixing in egg, vanilla, and flour with baking soda and salt, folded together with semisweet chocolate chips. The partially baked cookie layer forms a sweet, buttery crust with melty chips.

Twelve Oreos are arranged over the cooled cookie crust, adding a crunchy chocolate sandwich cookie middle. Over this, a simple brownie batter made of melted butter, cocoa powder, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour, and leavening agents is poured evenly. Baking the assembled pan completes the dessert with a fudgy, lightly risen brownie layer on top.

The combination of textures—from the soft cookie layer, crunchy Oreo filling, to the rich brownie—makes these bars stand out. Baking in an 8x8 pan yields thick squares.

Options exist for store-bought shortcuts using pre-made dough and brownie mix, adjusting baking times accordingly.

Notes

  • For a quick shortcut, you can use store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough, Oreo cookies, and prepared brownie mix to assemble these brownies.
  • Bake the cookie layer first before adding Oreos and brownie batter to ensure distinct layers.
  • Cool the cookie crust slightly before adding Oreo layer to prevent over-baking.
  • Use an 8x8 inch pan for proper thickness and even baking.
