Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs are made by blending diced smoked salmon with hard-boiled egg yolks, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, capers, and lemon juice. This mixture offers a creamy, tangy, and slightly briny filling that pairs well with the smooth egg whites. The fresh green onions add mild sharpness and color to the dish.

Description

The preparation involves halving peeled, hard-boiled eggs and removing the yolks. The yolks are combined with finely diced smoked salmon, sliced green onions, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped capers, lemon juice, and black pepper to form a smooth mixture. The seasoned filling is spooned or piped back into the egg white halves, then topped with more black pepper if desired.

The filling balances smoky fish flavor with creamy and tangy elements, while capers add light brininess and green onions contribute a fresh note. The mixture has a smooth yet textured consistency suitable as an appetizer or elegant snack.

These deviled eggs can be served chilled and are a simple option to elevate a typical deviled egg recipe with the depth of smoked salmon.
