Smoked Salmon Dip is quick and easy to make and great for any occasion! It's super creamy with the best smoky, yet bright flavor. Whip it up in minutes to serve as an appetizer with crackers, crostini, or even a toasted bagel at breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked salmon use 7 oz and keep an ounce to garnish
  • 8 ounces cream cheese full-fat or low-fat, softened at room temperature, Philadelphia brand
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise lite
  • 1/4 cup dill chopped, or 1 tbsp dried dill, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped fresh
  • 1 garlic minced, cloves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • caper optional garnish, lemon slices, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Process until you get a smooth dip texture, process at 10-second increments, and use a spatula to scrape down the sides and process again.
  3. Transfer the creamy mixture to a medium-sized bowl and garnish.
  4. Serve with crackers, crusty or toasted bread, or veggies.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. If it hardens in the fridge, set it on the counter until it reaches room temperature. You may add some lemon juice and whip it up to loosen it again.
