Ingredients
For the Cream Cheese Salmon Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature for 15 minutes
- 6 ounces smoked salmon diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
- 1-2 tablespoons dill finely chopped, fresh
- 1-2 tablespoons chive finely chopped, fresh
- 1-2 tablespoons scallions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 lemon juiced

For the Bagel Crisps
- 1 bagel
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
For the Cream Cheese Salmon Dip
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving with bagel crisps
For the Bagel Crisps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Slice bagels into thin ⅛ inch slices around the entire bagel, making small chips. Place bagel slices onto a baking sheet
- Drizzle olive oil, salt and everything seasoning over the bagels and toss to coat the chips in the olive oil and seasonings
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet then enjoy with the dip.
