- 16 ounces smoked salmon
- 8- ounces cream cheese
- 4 egg thinly sliced, boiled
- 1 avocado thinly sliced
- 1 English cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- ½ pint cherry tomato sliced
- 1 red onion small diced
- ½ cup capers
- ¼ cup everything seasoning
- ½ cup dill fresh

Instructions
- To assemble the platter, use a serving tray or board large enough to hold the ingredients. Place the salmon, cream cheese, eggs, avocado, cucumber, lemon slices and cherry tomatoes directly on the board.
- Place the red onions, capers and everything bagel seasoning in three small bowls. Tear the fresh dill over the ingredients and sprinkle more everything seasoning around the ingredients.
- Serve immediately with toasted bagels and/or crackers.
