Smoked Salmon Salad

This smoked salmon salad combines tender mixed greens, crisp cucumber slices, red onion, creamy avocado, and sliced hard-boiled eggs, all topped with thin ribbons of smoked salmon. The salad is dressed with a fresh lemon-dill vinaigrette that brightens the smoky, rich salmon and balances the creaminess of the avocado and eggs. It makes a light yet satisfying dish that works well as a lunch or a starter for dinner.

Description

Smoked Salmon Salad features a blend of leafy greens, fresh cucumber, and red onion that provide a crisp, refreshing base. The addition of sliced hard-boiled eggs and avocado contributes creaminess and richness, while the thinly sliced smoked salmon adds savory depth and a slightly oily texture. Tossed in a dressing made with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped dill, and Dijon mustard, it delivers a harmonious balance of bright and mellow flavors. This no-cook salad requires minimal preparation, with the dressing whisked and vegetables combined before topping with salmon and eggs. It suits those seeking a nutritious, elegant salad with a smoky seafood component. The salad is best served freshly tossed but can be assembled without dressing and refrigerated for a day or two to maintain freshness.
