Ingredients

  • 1 c bread broken into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 c Navy beans 1 ½ c dried, boiled until soft, or approximately 2 (15 oz) cans, cooked
  • ½ c bean boiling juice or juice from canned beans, reserved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dill
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground white pepper
  • cumin dash

Instructions

  1. Place bread in food processor and pulse until crumbs are formed. Add lemon juice, beans, and reserved bean liquid. Pulse to blend.
  2. Add oil and seasonings. Puree until dip reaches desired consistency.
