Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup strawberry frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Mango Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana slices, frozen
  • 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric

Sweet Green Smoothie

  • 1 banana slices, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen chunks
  • 1 cup spinach loosely packed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed

Instructions

  1. For any of the smoothie bowls, add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth. Stop the blender from time to time to scrape down the sides if needed. If it is too thick or not blending well, you can add 1 tablespoon of liquid at a time.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed, by adding sweetener of choice for added sweetness.
  3. Scoop into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and granola. Serve immediately for best flavor and consistency.
Equipments used:

Notes

  • Storage: Store any leftovers in a mason jar with a lid. They will last for 24 hours, but I recommend consuming them immediately after making. If the smoothie settles while in the fridge, just use a fork to mix everything together again.
  • Substitutes: For similar results, follow the recipe as is. You can use any fruit and milk of choice though, with any super foods on top.
