Ingredients
Base
- 1 ½ cups Ice cubes
- 1 cup milk whole fat for the best results
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup espresso chilled, (you can also use brewed coffee or instant coffee)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (you can substitute 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (you can start with 1/2 tablespoon of sugar if you’d like to reduce the sweet level, and you can always add more later)
Marshmallow-infused whipped cream:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar (sifted)
- 2 heaping tablespoons marshmallow fluff
Other ingredients
- chocolate sauce
- Graham cracker crumbs plus optional 2 sheets graham cracker for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare your espresso and let it chill in the refrigerator.
To Make Marshmallow-infused Whipped Cream:
- Whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
- Add the sifted icing sugar and beat until combined.
- Add marshmallow fluff to the whipped cream.
- Start with low speed and gradually increase to high speed, and beat until stiff peaks form.
To Make S’mores Frappuccino:
- Add ice, milk, and marshmallow fluff into a blender. Secure the lid and blend on low for about 30 seconds.
- Add chilled espresso, cocoa powder, and sugar. Blend on low speed for another 20 seconds, then blend on a max speed for about 10 seconds or until the mixture is evenly smooth.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of the marshmallow-infused whipped cream to the bottom of each glass.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce, and pour the coffee mixture on top.
- Load the remaining whipped cream into a pastry bag and pipe it on top of the drink. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately!
Notes
- This recipe makes two Grande (16 oz) cups. Add more ice if you want a thicker consistency.
