S'mores Parfaits are an easy twist on the campfire treat with layers of creamy chocolate pudding, crunchy graham cracker crumbs and the best marshmallow whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers about 18 full crackers
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups marshmallow creme
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare chocolate pudding by beating pudding mix and milk together until it thickens.
- Combine whipping cream and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Layer crushed graham crackers, pudding, and marshmallow whipped cream in glasses or jars, in that order, and finish with a sprinkling of chocolate chips.
- Chill and serve.
Notes

- If you use homemade or cook and serve pudding let it chill before layering it into the parfaits.
- Serve immediately after preparing so crackers don't become soggy and marshmallow cream holds its shape.
- The easiest way to crush your graham crackers is by placing them in a resealable bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- Add whipping cream and marshmallow creme together and beat until forms stiff peaks. Otherwise it’s hard to fold the marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream without knocking the air out or overheating the cream.
- Mix your pudding vigorously using a hand blender for best results.
