  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. Combine the sour cream parmesan cheese, oregano and garlic powder and mix well.
  3. Slice the chicken breast in half horizontally so they form a thinner cutlet. Lay them in a large baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover the chicken with the sour cream mixture then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the chicken is 165˚F internal temperature.
