Snickers Fudge combines rich chocolate fudge with gooey caramel and crunchy peanuts for a decadent, bite-sized treat. Easy to make and perfect for Snickers fans!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 11 ounces caramels unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving the edges hanging off the sides so you can lift the fudge out of the dish and set it aside.
- Mix the butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and milk in a small pan and boil on medium to low heat, stirring often.
- After boiling, add the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract in and stir. Remove from heat and pour into the lined 8x8 dish.
- Add the water and caramels to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the caramels until they have melted, stirring every 15 seconds. It will take about 90 seconds to melt the caramels.
- Stir the peanuts into the caramel. Pour the mixture into the chocolate layer and spread with a spatula.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips for 30-50 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until melted. Pour over top of the caramel layer and spread.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 1 hour to overnight. Lift the fudge from the dish, cut it into 1-inch squares, and enjoy!
Notes
- Soft, chewy caramels work best for that gooey layer.
- Make sure the plastic wrapping is completely removed from the caramels. If you have kids helping with this part, double-check their work!
- When melting the caramels and chocolate chips in the microwave, keep a close eye on them. Microwaves vary in power, so stirring every 15 seconds helps prevent burning and ensures even melting.
- After pouring the chocolate mixture into the dish, tap the dish gently on the counter to even out the layer and remove any air bubbles.
