Snowman Cheese Board Recipe
Description
The Snowman Cheese Board Recipe centers around stacking three cheese circles of varying sizes to mimic a snowman's body. Decorative accents include cheddar cheese stars, blueberries for eyes, pomegranate seeds for the mouth, and crackers as a hat topped with chocolate-covered sticks as arms. The addition of popcorn, corn sticks, marshmallows, and sprinkles fills gaps and adds variety. The blend of semi-hard, hard, and soft cheeses combined with fresh fruit and crunchy snacks creates a mix of creamy, tart, and crunchy sensations. Arranging the board on a dark wooden surface enhances the colors. This assembly encourages casual grazing and offers a festive centerpiece that’s both decorative and edible.
Care is taken to wash and dry fruit to keep the cheeses from becoming soggy. Preparation can be partially done ahead, such as washing fruit and cutting cheese, then assembling closer to serving time, simplifying hosting and preserving freshness.
