Ingredients
Parmesan Rolls:
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp of milk warmed
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 egg whisked
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Rapid Rise Yeast
- 1 egg whisked for egg wash before baking
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
- Place all dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed. Select the dough cycle and press start. Once the bread machine stops (it was one and a half hours on my machine).
- Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. Divide the dough into 9-12 pieces (depending on the size of roll you desire) then shape each piece into a ball. Place in the prepared baking dish.
- Lay a piece of wax paper over the rolls and set it in a warm place to rise for another hour. When the dough has doubled in size, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly beat the remaining egg and brush it over the rolls which helps give the rolls a golden brown color and sheen.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy.
