Instructions
- Load into the bottom of your soup maker the tinned tomatoes. Peel and dice and wash your vegetables. Load them into the soup maker.
- Place the lid on your soup maker and cook on the smooth soup setting for 28-30 minutes.
- When it beeps remove the lid, add in seasonings, stir, and serve.
Notes
- Always add liquid (such as tinned tomatoes or stock) to the soup maker before vegetables to prevent sticking and protect the appliance.
- To reduce tomato flavor, use half the tinned tomatoes and supplement with vegetable stock.
