I have a new found love in my life - sambal oelek! I'm always looking for new ways to use this chili paste and I think this is one of my new favorite easy dip recipes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sambal oelek more or less to taste
- Chips for dipping, or vegetables
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and sambal oelek until well combined.
- Taste and add more sour cream if the dip is too spicy or add more sambal if the dip is not spicy enough.
- Serve with chips and vegetables for dipping.
