  • 1 baguette fresh or roll
  • 3-4 lices jamon serrano cured ham
  • 2 lices manchego cheese
  • 1 tomato sliced, ripe
  • 2-3 leaves lettuce fresh
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette or roll in half lengthwise.
  2. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the bread and lightly toast it on a grill or in a pan until it's crisp and golden.
  3. Layer the jamón serrano, Manchego cheese, tomato slices, and lettuce on one half of the bread.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
