This delicious twist on a gin mule combines tart grapefruit juice with sweet sparkling wine for a refreshing cocktail that's also so easy to make!

Ingredients
- ice
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 4 oz champagne or sparkling wine
Optional Garnishes
- grapefruit sliced
- lemon sliced
- mint leaf fresh
Instructions
- Add ice to a moscow mule mug.
- Add the gin, grapefruit juice and lemon juice.
- Stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ginger beer and champagne.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices, lemon slices or mint, if desired.
