Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice about 6-8 lemons, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cups water cold
- 2 cups club soda cold
- ice cubes
- lemon for garnish, optional, slices
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
- Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Just before serving, add the cold club soda or sparkling water to the pitcher and gently stir to incorporate.
