Sparkling Mango Drink Recipe
Description
This Sparkling Mango Drink recipe starts by peeling fresh mangoes and cutting the flesh into small pieces before blending them with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to create a smooth juice. The lemon juice adds brightness and balances the natural sweetness of the mango. After pureeing, a few spoonfuls of the mango mixture are placed in a glass and garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Club soda is added to the glass with the mango puree and mint, introducing carbonation and a light texture to the drink. Ice may be added for chill. The mint leaves provide a subtle herbal aroma and coolness that complements the tropical mango flavor. This drink offers a natural fruity alternative to sodas and is easy to prepare.
Because the mango puree is fresh, the drink focuses on natural fruit flavor without artificial additives. It can be a suitable choice for warm weather or any time a refreshing, lightly sweetened sparkling beverage is desired.
