Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling, canned
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup real
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the pumpkin puree, maple sauce, apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger together in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes or until thick. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
  3. Place into a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Enjoy!
