Spicy Grapefruit Tequila Soda

This spicy grapefruit tequila soda is incredibly refreshing and light. Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice is shaken with tequila and jalapeño slices, then poured over crushed ice and filled with fizzy water. So delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 to 2 jalapeno pepper plus more for garnish, fresh slices
- soda water like Topo Chico, for topping, bubbly
- grapefruit for garnish, wedges
Instructions
- Fill a glass with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker, shake the grapefruit juice, tequila and 1 or 2 pepper slices. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour over the crushed ice. Fill to the top with the soda water.
- Garnish with grapefruit and more jalapeño slices. Enjoy!
