Spicy Pineapple-Jalapeño Salsa

Mix fresh, diced pineapple, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, and lime for a crisp, sweet and spicy pineapple-jalapeño salsa. Such a delicious chunky salsa that goes great on tacos, grilled meats, or just scoop it up with chips.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple fresh, cut into small cubes
- 2 jalapeno pepper diced
- ½ cup cilantro diced
- ¼ onion finely diced, red or white
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste if needed
Instructions
- Gather and dice the fruit and vegetables.
- Mix all the diced fruit and vegetables to a large bowl and mix together.
- Add the juice of one lime and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Mix again.
- Taste for seasoning and add more salt if needed.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
- Serve at room temperature as a topping for tacos, grilled meats, or with chips.
