Spinach Artichoke Dip

The spinach artichoke dip combines softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic for a creamy base, enriched by mozzarella, Parmesan, and gruyere cheeses. Spinach and chopped marinated artichoke hearts add vegetable layers and texture. Baked until bubbly and browned on top, this warm dip offers a rich, cheesy, and mildly tangy flavor, ideal for serving with bread or crackers.

Description

This dip merges a creamy blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise flavoured with garlic as a foundation. Adding shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and gruyere cheeses creates a smooth, richly cheesy texture and sharpness. The inclusion of defrosted, well-drained spinach and chopped marinated artichoke hearts introduces tender vegetable components that balance the richness and add subtle flavor complexity.

Once combined, the mixture is baked until the surface becomes hot, bubbly, and lightly browned. A quick finish under higher heat enhances the top with slight browning and texture contrast. Served warm, this dip suits occasions where a comforting and dense cheese dip is desired, great for pairing with crackers, fresh bread, or vegetable sticks.
