Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
Description
Combining Neufchâtel cheese and Greek yogurt creates a creamy base that is lighter than traditional cream cheese dips. The addition of fresh lemon juice and minced garlic offers fresh acidity and savory depth. Marinated artichoke hearts add a tender, tangy component, while fresh baby spinach provides a subtle leafy texture and color contrast.
Baked at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes, the dip melts into a warm, creamy consistency perfect for scooping. Served with sliced baguette or raw vegetables, it works well as an appetizer or snack.
