Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
Description
The Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe combines softened cream cheese and sour cream with fresh garlic, salt, and black pepper for the savory base. Chopped canned artichoke hearts and thawed, drained chopped spinach mix into the creamy mixture, adding texture and flavor. The dip is topped with shredded mozzarella before baking and finished with shaved Parmesan cheese after baking, which enhances the richness and adds a slightly tangy bite.
Baked at 350 degrees until hot and the cheese is melted, the dip achieves a warm, creamy consistency that spreads well. The garlic and cheeses give the dip a classic savory profile, while the spinach and artichokes provide mild vegetal undertones and slight variation in texture. This dip pairs well with breads, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
