Ingredients
- 1 ounce bag spinach thawed and drained, frozen
- 1 can artichoke hearts chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- dash black pepper
- dash salt
- 11-13 egg roll wrappers --I used 12
- 2-3 cups vegetable oil -about 2 inches deep in pot
- 2 TBS Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 TBS parsley chopped
- water small bowl
